The law in the State of California (and in many other jurisdictions) requires a highway patrol /DOT inspection of a trucking terminal every two years. Known as a “biennial inspection of terminals” (or better known as a BIT inspection), a negative report can have devastating impact on an organization – particularly with the new emphasis on civil litigation versus traditional fines.

The Pacific Coast Motor Carrier Safety Institute offers a complete pre-BIT inspection service for your trucking terminal operation.
